Beautiful rooms

We had reservations for two rooms. They were very updated and the bathrooms were amazing. The manager was very friendly and shared highlights of Cagliari. There also was an elevator. Although there were signs of no smoking, the hallway to the room had a strong, overwhelming smell of cigarettes. The room was advertised as in the center of the city but it was a long walk to the old center.

Not a positive experience

Decadent, stinks from the terrible bathroom, cleanliness leaves something to be desired, never seen anyone at reception (basically does not exist). A slightly decentralized location and given the shape of Cagliari you have to take a taxi to go to the central area. Non-existent services at all. Not a positive experience.

Bad service

We made a reservation for this place as we were staying one night in Cagliari. However, as soon as the person supposedly responsible contacted us, we cancelled. You sent a message without identifying yourself asking for our documentation. We obviously asked who it would be. The interaction that followed was, to say the least, a lack of desire to rent the space. He even questioned our ability to translate a message. Completely clueless.

Very bad

Bad experience because the location is not as seen in the photo and above all it is not luxury as they write, the entrance and building are embarrassing to say the least because they are very old, full of rubbish bins as soon as you arrive in front of the door, above all they write that the hydromassage is not available can use after 10pm which makes no sense, sad place

One of the worst ever :(

Seriously awful location and its a way too far from the town life. Didn't liked it. Very cheap feel. The furniture was not good at all. Also, the breakfast is not provided by them. I will highly recommend not to stay.

Dear Customer, the management returned to the property of the OWNER of the building, I understand his disappointment and I apologize, if they had done a minimum maintenance the problem would never have been created.
I propose you to come and see my structure now,
