Amazing place to stay

Golden residence was amazing. The room was very clean very updated. No complaints whatsoever the owner Elvio was extremely accommodating in every aspect and went out of his way to make you feel comfortable. The golden Café right up the street, which is also part of the golden residence had amazing food and coffee. I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful structure

I highly recommend this residence. Everything perfect, from the proximity to the highway, the Welcoming, the beautiful room (actually it is a mini apartment) and the breakfast which is included in the price and is served in the bar near the property (Golden cafe). For those who want to have lunch or dinner, near the structure, there is also an excellent Neapolitan pizzeria (Pizzeria Sciuscià) that makes excellent pizzas and other tasty dishes. In the immediate vicinity there are also numerous dairies for those who want to buy buffalo mozzarella

Highly recommended

... What about everything super .... We stayed in the structure after a misadventure on the highway... the super helpful owner... clean apartment with all the comforts... recommended for a short break but also longer stays!

Perfect solution for a pleasant and restful break!

It 's the second time we stop at the Golden Residence that confirms perfect from all points of view! Brand new structure with convenient private parking and automatic gate, beautiful new rooms full of comfort from 5-star hotels, with large bathroom and immense shower. Perfect wifi. Very quiet. Fantastic breakfast. But the top is the manager Elvio, a really interesting and helpful person, with whom it is always a great pleasure to talk. For us it is a safety and every time we happen in the area or passing will be a must! Highly recommended to everyone
