Wonderful stay
Excellent stay! We spent 3 days in Florence, in the Santa Maria Novella area. The accommodation staff is extremely helpful and kind: they provided us with a map with all the useful explanations for visiting Florence. The room had air conditioning, WiFi, and every comfort, with a very comfortable bed and sofa bed. The most important thing was the lowest price we found, and we were very satisfied; in short, I recommend it to you, Rating 10.

The check in took almost 1 hour long. The place didn’t have a front desk and had issues processing my tax payment that I don’t understand why I didn’t paid everything at once.

The room was SUPER nice and staff was very knowledgable and friendly. The place was clean, safe, and very quiet. It was a nice stay and I would recommend. Only disclaimer is that it is a 20 minute walk to the nearest train station.

Didnt get pillows or balnkets to later at night. Property manger wouldnt help us and had to contact expedia to tell him to help us.

The hotel was outdated, the sleeping couch was bumpy and gave me back ache. There were crumbles in the bed/couch as well...
The AC was moldy and the bathroom was disgusting. Seems like the toilet brush has never been changed. 20-35 min walk to the city centre.
