Great position and stunning view
I stayed in a 1st floor 1 bed apt in Marineledda for 4 nights, for Business.
June is not the busiest month ever so I did enjoy the peace and quiet of a corner of paradise.
The balcony was just above the main square with stunning view on the sea and beach front.
The apt is cosy and has got everything you need to enjoy the Sardinian holiday.
The bedroom has 1 king size bed, in the living there is another pull out sofa bed. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Restaurant with à la carte menu or Pizzeria is just few steps away.
Francesco, the person who welcomed me and managed check in and check out was kind, professional and of great help.
When I saw Esther on the ground due to a air conditioning system malfunctioning, he sent straight away the technician and everything was sorted in few hours. Same with WiFi network not working at same stage, he found another solution in no time.

I believe there are few things to improve in the unit: equipment them with mosquito net otherwise you will end up (as I did) to fight with mosquitos at night time. Secondly, leave some shower gel in the bathroom for the guest together with a roll of napkins as bare minimum.
The sofa bed is quite old. Maybe changing with a new one would allow a better experience for all the guests.
Car parking. Even if the unit has got an assigned spot just beside the unit, in reality there is NEVER space and the lines on the ground are so narrow that you are afraid to park in order to avoid to scratch your car, especially if is a rented one.
Other than that, I had a fantastic stay.

Unfortunately disappointed.
The stay, however, seemed to start off well: an immediate welcome and a place that, at first glance, seemed superb. Unfortunately, the disappointment was total and the problems followed one after another, to the point of making the stay particularly unpleasant.
* The room: we had booked a double room with a "sea view." What a bad surprise to discover a room with the only window being... a wall. No sea view, absolutely nothing like what was advertised at the time of booking. We clearly felt that we had been misled about the service booked.
* The bathroom: the shower was completely clogged and the sink seemed so poorly attached that we honestly felt it could fall off at any moment. For the price paid, this level of maintenance is simply unacceptable.
* Cleanliness: as if that weren't enough, several little critters came to "enjoy" our stay: a slug and a cockroach, in particular. Finding this kind of insect in a room is frankly disgusting and does not give an impression of cleanliness or proper maintenance at all.
* The pool: another unpleasant surprise, we learned when we went to swim that a swim cap was mandatory. Fine. We respect the rules. But barely five minutes later, friends of the person in charge of monitoring the pool entered the water without caps. Why should the rules be mandatory for some and not for others? This situation clearly gives the impression of a double standard, and it is particularly annoying when a rule is imposed on us that others are clearly not following.
* The parking: the establishment highlights a "private parking," but it is located about a 10-minute walk from the place of stay and has only about sixty spaces. During periods of high demand, it is therefore quickly full. Result: we had to park in the village, before being reprimanded because the spaces were private. Perhaps we should start by communicating clearly about the actual conditions of use of the parking, rather than letting customers believe that a private parking is actually available.
In the end, many promises for very little quality. Between the room that does not correspond to the reservation, the maintenance problems, the lack of cleanliness, the rules applied based on who you are, and the parking presented in a misleading way, we are extremely disappointed with our stay.
We absolutely do not recommend this establishment and we will certainly not return. At this price level, we have the right to expect a minimum of professionalism, cleanliness, and respect for the advertised services.

Resort in a privileged location with excellent services close at hand: swimming pool, restaurant, and market;

It depends on your point of view.
The residence is located in an objectively beautiful position, even if the complex's beach is definitely very small. An absolute note of merit for the restaurant: the staff is truly very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Unfortunately, the pleasant atmosphere is constantly ruined by the presence of some families from the capital, who are decidedly rude and rowdy, and who, with their noise and shouting, have taken away every bit of relaxation and tranquility from the resort.

FANTASTIC VILLAGE, CLEAN AND WONDERFUL STAFF, THE RESTAURANT HAS GREAT PRICES AND EATS GREAT, WE WILL RETURN FOR THE WONDERFUL GUYS CAN TURN ALONE QUIETLY IN THE EVENING
