The best in Grado
I stayed in this Aparthotel during my vacation and, thanks to a change of accommodation, I had the pleasure of trying both the two-room apartment and the studio apartment. Both won me over. The two-room apartment is splendid, but what really surprised me was the studio apartment, incredibly spacious, so much so that it seemed like a higher-category apartment. The rooms are tastefully furnished in delicate shades of white, modern, bright, and cared for in every detail. The terraces are magnificent and represent a true added value.
The location is simply perfect, right in the center but not near the evening chaos and just a few steps from the beach, ideal for experiencing a vacation in total comfort. The breakfast service is also excellent, which, despite being an Aparthotel formula, is organized impeccably.
But the real jewel in the crown of this property is the staff.
The breakfast staff are extraordinary, always smiling, very kind, attentive, and very fast. Every morning they manage to convey energy and good humor with truly commendable professionalism.
A special thanks also goes to Miss Eleonora at the reception. I wish to express to her all my gratitude for the extraordinary availability, professionalism, and great help she offered me during a delicate moment related to a health problem. Her presence, her sincere smile, and her ability to welcome every guest with kindness truly make the difference and represent the concept of hospitality at its best.
An honorable mention also goes to the young women in charge of tidying and cleaning the rooms. They are simply exceptional, true professionals… one might say they are coordinated directly from heaven! Despite the little time available and the many rooms to manage, they manage to carry out their work impeccably, with precision, care, and infinite kindness.
Traveling with our two little dogs, they always showed us extraordinary availability, organizing the room cleaning while we were having breakfast, so as not to create any inconvenience. An attention that is not at all taken for granted and that we appreciated enormously!!!
To the owners, I would like to say one thing: take care of these people and value them as they deserve. Nowadays, it is truly rare to find staff so competent, helpful, smiling, and deeply passionate about their work. They are the true added value of the property. Professionalism, humanity, and dedication are not qualities to be taken for granted; they deserve to be recognized and valued to the fullest, because they represent the most precious asset of the Aparthotel Ariston.
The only small note concerns the costs of beach services and parking; umbrellas cost about 30–40 euros per day and parking costs 20 euros per day. It is not an aspect that depends directly on the Aparthotel, but it is right to know it to best organize your vacation budget.
For everything else, I can only compliment this property: elegance, comfort, impeccable cleanliness, perfect location, and above all, authentic hospitality that makes you truly feel welcome.
I would return without the slightest hesitation and I recommend it with all my heart.
