To avoid!!

We booked a night at this property (calling it a hotel seems excessive), in view of returning home after attending the Krampus parade at Fiera di Primiero. Already from the booking site we had some concerns but, once we arrived on site, the reality far exceeded our fears: a structure that to call dated is really a compliment!! We were greeted by the owner with an excess of hilarity seasoned with jokes that made only him laugh. Behind this fake jovial character came the real one at the first remonstrance with dry and annoying answers. The start was not the best because the first thing was to find the elevator out of order so we were escorted to the first floor passing through a dimly lit and icy staircase.
We were then made to sit in room number three. Spartan and decidedly antiquated furniture, the bed was composed of two nets threaded to the good is better in a shaky structure. You couldn't get between the bed and the desk. No blankets and no spare pillows. On the wall hung a non-existent arm for TV and zero field on the mobile: it was not possible neither to surf nor to have a line to call. Only on request we were provided with Wi-Fi that going downstairs in the common areas and in the restaurant room no longer worked. The climax was reached when it was time to take a shower and a box door literally remained in our hands. Sitting on the toilet the board covers Water left on its own... Stained ceiling and a noisy neighbor fan!! Not to mention the plastic stool that had definitely seen better times!! On the balcony with beautiful lake view you could not go out for how dirty it was!! Even dog feces!!
In the evening we stopped for dinner (in that area there is little to choose) in a room where the cold was king. Equally cold and rather unhelpful was the waitress who waited tables. Not to mention hearing her imitate and mock our table neighbors walking past the open kitchen. To try to spend the evening without locking ourselves in the room, since there was no possibility of recreation, we decided to treat ourselves to a grappa at the bar by sitting in a kind of sitting room in front of the reception. And that's where my husband, sitting in the chair almost fell! Having pointed this out to the owner reassured us saying not to worry because the chair was already broken previously. We then asked to take it off before someone got hurt and he answered in an unhelpful and rude way that it was not a problem that concerned us!! Yes, as we had already read in a previous review, he did not give a damn, leaving it exactly where it was.
Breakfast without praise or infamy, leaving out the poor quality of the cappuccino.
Final bill, euro 180!! However, we were not the only ones to find ourselves uncomfortable and to promise never to return!! Absolutely not recommended!!

Good Welcoming, Cheap but for those who have light sleep some problems

Owner very kind and helpful. Rooms modest but clean. Wifi available. There's no TV in the room. Clean bathrooms and showers. Private parking space. Buffet breakfast with several types of sweets but also savory on request. Economic cost. For those who have light sleep I recommend a lake side room because of the traffic noise on the highway that woke me up already at 5 am

All very good

We stopped for lunch at this place. The food is of excellent quality, we were very satisfied. Fresh homemade products. The service was also excellent, everyone was very friendly. Price quality is more than satisfactory... what can I say, we will definitely be back.

A "cutter" of courtesy and goodness

Passing through for a quick snack, after hours, we stop almost by chance in this place and are pleasantly surprised by the courtesy and welcome of the manager and the goodness of the products: a "simple" cutter of cured meats, cheeses and vegetables thus becomes a stop of pleasure and goodness.
