Kindness and cleanliness a stone's throw from the sea

Simple property, recently renovated, absolutely recommended for its proximity to the sea, which is about a two/three minute walk away, for the presence of private parking at a cost of 20/25 euros per day, for the kindness and professionalism of the reception staff, I am referring specifically to a girl whose name I do not remember but who was quite young, for the extreme cleanliness of the property as a whole, and for a more than fair price-quality ratio. Breakfast, however, could be improved in terms of the quality of the products offered.

Ligurian weekend

First time in this hotel for a Ligurian weekend. Clean structure, friendly and helpful staff. I had requested the sea view which honestly disappointed me a bit because what you could see from the balcony were the houses in front, perhaps because we were on the first floor. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. In my opinion to increase the products in the bathroom, too minimal. Breakfast varied, sweet and savory, good. Sore note the parking. 25 euros a day is excessive. There are places in the street that runs along the hotel but you have to be lucky to find it and it's May... I dare not imagine in the summer months. Overall positive experience but some aspects would need to be improved.

Experience to forget that leaves a bad memory on the tourist Welcoming of Liguria.

I booked 2 "STANDARD" double rooms which, based on the characteristics of the booking, should have been 14 sq m, with hill or city views and upper floors accessible by lift.
On the contrary, we have been assigned
a room of about 9 square meters (room 604) which is accessed by elevator to the first floor and, after walking a corridor and exiting outside, having overcome two differences of about 6/7 steps you went up to the upper floor, always via flights of stairs dragging the heavy luggage.
The second room (room 601) located immediately below the first, is in the basement with a view of car tires resulting in the impossibility of raising the shutters to not be seen from the outside and without being able to open the window to ventilate the room in order to avoid car exhaust gases; therefore, for the entire duration of the stay, we used artificial light. Not to mention the accessible bathroom by going down a step NOT sawn with consequent risk of falling.
Obviously everything was made present immediately at the reception, reporting that the rooms assigned to us did not correspond to what was booked and in response we were told that there were no other rooms available and without even trying to meet our disappointment citing in response that the other customers were satisfied (I BELIEVE, THEY DID NOT HAVE OUR ROOMS!).
For transparency and seriousness they should have pointed out the possibility of having assigned rooms so narrow and with access via flights of stairs, already on the booking, because with the knowledge, we would never have chosen this structure even considering the price paid for each room.

Absolutely to recommend

Short family holiday, we returned to the Tritone hotel that we frequented with the previous managers.The new management has renovated the entrance hall and dining room with refined taste, the informal but attentive Welcoming, the room for three adults facing the street side functional and very clean, the rich breakfast with applause for cakes and homemade focaccia really good, dinner dishes of your choice in a very rich menu excellent raw material and dishes with refined taste, in our opinion gourmet dishes, all served by Ms. Luana, very kind and attentive to our needs, parking very welcome Service... what can I say we were very happy, we offer our best wishes to the previous management, and the new management we hope to continue in this direction was a nice surprise for the changes adopted .Thanks we will return ... absolutely recommend

bel hotel

this hotel is perfect very very clean the staff very friendly very well located a small problem concerns the parking that has to be reserved at the reservation not much room but there is down the street a garage that can accommodate the car for the same price as the perfect hotel
