First class staff…. Thank you Miriam… made this a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful location and very relaxing
We were travelling by train so it was quite a drag out of town, not much more than a mile but difficult pavements to manoeuvre. The gardens are huge and we weren't sure if we had found the place, then there was no one about to check us in and we had to phone.Beautiful relaxing gardens and pool, lovely old house and we enjoyed the breakfasts on the terrace. We felt there was potential to give better service and local information. Sometimes drinks were offered at the pool, sometimes not, and no information about whether you could help yourself. Good 20 minute walk into town, but a lovely spot to return to after sightseeing.

Fabulous Masseria Experience
This is the first time we have ever stayed in a Masseria having usually used hotels. It exceeded our expectations no end. The entrance sets the scene and then you drive up to the house and get the wow experience. Step inside to a old worldly feel and you get the vibes straightaway.
We were given a suite upgrade but decided on room Mimi as it was spacious and had a private balcony terrace overlooking the gardens and pool. The decor Was shabby chic and fitted the house perfectly.
It could be said that certain parts could do with a spruce up but We thought it might spoil the feel.
Lovely breakfast of cold meats, cheese fruits and pastries, cereal etc.
We used this as a base to explore the area and it was perfect. One of the nicest things was chilling by the pool after a day out.
Lecce old town was was walking distance of about 30 mins but quicker once we got our bearings. Once inside the old town their was plenty of good restaurants to choose from.
Highly recommended.

A hidden gem
Stayed for a week in early May. A little difficult to find by sat nav as the road from the city is a no entry (don't let that bother you). A nice swimming pool, comfortable room with large balcony. Good breakfast, fruit, cereal, cheese/ham fresh rolls and pastries. Eggs on request however you want them. Evening meal was taken on the first night by arrangement and was good.

Terrible experience!
We stayed here for 3 nights during our road trip through Puglia and regret spending our money to this B&B. The owners were not helpful and seemed to not care about how we experienced our stay.
The villa is situated on a a big land and has a pool. Our first impression was that it is neglected and that it could been nice if the necessary renovations were made. The location has a lot of potential but the owners don’t put effort in the garden nor the house. Such a shame.
We didn’t like our room at all. It was big but not nicely decorated, there were a lot of old stuff everywhere. The bathroom needed to be refreshed and was not very clean.
The breaktfast was mediocre. Very few choices and the granola wasn’t crispy anymore. Lack of refreshment. The first day, the owners made our coffee but the other days we had to make it ourselves. Not okay for us because the price of the room was high, so you could expect them to at least try to give us a good experience.
This was the worst place we stayed at during our 10 days trip. Don’t come here, you’ll just get disappointed as we were!
