What an amazing property! Our hosts were so kind and accommodating - there to answer any questions we had from the best beach to visit to where we could launder our clothes. The room was spacious and so clean! Check in was seamless and was lovely having the bar downstairs for convenience items such as coffee, water, adult beverages etc. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back some day!

Pleasant experience in Monopoli
B&B in a strategic location to visit Monopoli and its surroundings.
Rooms furnished simply and essential, but clean and functional.
The staff proved to be very kind and helpful.
It is easy to find parking (free) in the immediate vicinity of the property.
Breakfast at the bar located below the B&B with the option to have a pastry/cake slice, a hot drink, yogurt, and fruit juice.

Bravo Green Wave
Large clean room. Quiet and excellent AC. Very clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was quick and efficient. Host welcoming and helpful. Location close to centre and old city, approximately 500m from rail station. A great place to stop for a couple of nights.

Only by going you will understand!
We spent (with my wife) 3 days in this b & b located just opposite the Palasport and the Sports Field.
The city center (Piazza Vittorio Emanuele and Borgo Antico) can be reached in about 400 meters, but its peculiarity is to find a free parking space for the car with extreme ease.
Giuseppe, the young owner, who told me he had taken over the business (including the nice bar under the b & b, where you can have breakfast in the morning) for not long, assisted by his parents, made this place a real treat.
Cleanliness and order at the entrance, in the corridors and in the rooms.
I was saying about the rooms, our double room, called Giuseppe S., with a window overlooking, large enough, equipped with fridge, TV, wi-fi, air conditioning system and a huge bathroom with shower, with daily change of linen where, and not always located, the doors (shower) fit together perfectly, the water drains quickly and the jet of the pan is perfect.
Price, then, highly competitive.
I thank Luca, a colleague of mine from Monopoli, who pointed him out and I thank Giuseppe (the owner, but also his mother) for his availability and friendliness.
I will commit myself to be his sponsor with relatives, friends, acquaintances.

P.S. I forgot a flaw: an extra hanger in the room and in the bathroom.

Excellent accommodation
We had a great stay at this property, the staff is very welcoming and warm. The cleanliness is impeccable and its location is perfect to enjoy all the assets that the beautiful city of Monopoli offers.
