This property is centrally located in Palermo old town, walking distance to most of sites. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the building is securely managed. What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions. We originally booked a room without window due to overlooking the descriptions of the room, and we didn’t feel well after the first night of staying. The manager tried his best rearranging room assignment and helped us switch to a different room. He also provided suggestions about restaurants, helped us arrange shuttle to airport etc. We highly recommend this B & B to anyone who plan to visit Palermo!

Emanuele was a very friendly and helpful host - he helped me with parking (tip, don’t hire a car in Palermo!) and even presented us with birthday cake for my wife’s birthday- nice touch!

Exceptional!!!!!!!

If you come to Palermo I recommend you to stay at B&B Ponticello!
There are many reasons:
1) great location, you will find yourself in the center of everything!!! Although you will be downtown I assure you that you sleep a marvel.
2) Cleanliness, meticulous, if I could give 10 I would give it. Fantastic!
3) Rooms , comfortable, spacious, top bathroom! The decor is really nice!!!!
4) Last but not least, the managers of the B & B, maximum friendliness, helpfulness, friendliness, professionalism, truly exceptional.
Great breakfast, will satisfy a little 'all palates.
If I were to return to Palermo, I would have no doubt, I would return to the B & B Ponticello.

Structure and Spectacular Welcoming!

Environment with attention to detail and recently renovated. Impeccable cleanliness and room equipped with every comfort. The location is very central, perfect for walking to the historic center and all the main attractions in a few minutes.
The breakfast is rich, varied and prepared with artisan products that satisfy all tastes.
THE REAL ADDED VALUE, HOWEVER, ARE THE MANAGERS: Emanuele and his wife. Their professionalism, kindness and helpfulness are very rare qualities. Always attentive to the needs of each guest, ready to give very useful tips to live Palermo to the fullest. Such a Welcoming is not forgotten.
