Lucia was very kind and she made us feel welcome from the very beginning, she made sure we had everything we needed, recommended near by restaurants, and in the morning she made sure we enjoyed breakfast before we left every day! The property is gorgeous and very spacious! Did i mention heated floors!! The view from the balcony! I can go on all day about how much we enjoyed our stay! Overall great experience! Lovely place! Thank you Lucia!.

Stunning views and striking modern comfortable guesthouse,

We echo the other positive reviews about this striking modern guesthouse in Mossini with amazing views, above Sondrio and the valley.
We had a delightful corner room with a generous balcony giving us great views, and which were echoed in the breakfast / lounge area on the floor below,
The always open swimming pool, with spa jets, was lovely.
Lucia was an interested, warm and helpful hostess, offering suggestions as where to eat, etc..
We did find our room rather warm but Lucia provided an electric fan.
It is set in a little village with narrow roads above Sondrio, and with entrances on 2 levels along narrow cul de sac lanes, and there was literally only a very few inches on either side of our Tesla Y at the start of either lane. Considerable manoeuvring is required to park cars considerately, so it is helpful to be a confident driver and know one’s car well.
Free electric charging is available in the garage (lower lane entrance), and there is also a Tesla Supercharging Station called Sondrio about 15 minutes west of Sondrio; it is called Sondrio on theTesla charging map, efficient but badly signed!

Relaxation and comfort a step away from Sondrio

I stayed in this beautiful BeB complete with garage and private parking, the structure is all new, the rooms perfectly clean, fragrant and equipped with every comfort (espresso coffee, towels and spa kit ....) The pool, in these months covered, accessible 24 hours is pleasantly heated, the Turkish bath and sauna complete this lovely place. Breakfast served in a room with a large window overlooking the valley is delicious with a juice of local blueberries grown by the owners to try. Reception and organization at the top. To repeat!!!

Super recommended!

Wonderful place, warm and friendly welcome. Room spotless and stocked for any eventuality. Also available heated swimming pool and Turkish bath where you can relax alone or get to know other guests. The breakfast served in the morning is homemade... and you feel! Exquisite and varied. The only flaw... we only stayed one night! We will definitely return, congratulations.
