I couldn't get to the reservation. There is no public transportation. The property is in the middle of nowhere.
It NOT even part of Rome.
It should not be listed.

Very incorrect.

Really incorrect behavior, 200 km from arrival at the property, Mr. Tony told us that the room had just been sold to other customers. Practically left us without finding an alternative. Fortunately we diverted to 'another city, finding quite a few difficulties in finding a last-minute place.Absolutely avoid this kind of managers.

lousy.

A terrible disappointment .. rooms totally different from those of the site , ugly and old with broken furniture and shower with plastic wire that holds the gargoyle still .. only positive note the cleanliness. Outside a kind of rusty crane , the uncultivated grass . I do not recommend it, we in any case will never return ..

To forget

Dilapidated, dirty place and unsuitable for tourist reception. Broken furniture, dirty walls, paintings full of dust with broken glass, kitchen present full of rust, unusable. I slept covering the bed with my linen. I strongly advise against it even if the price is certainly attractive.

Bad behavior

We booked a room on Booking, 1 hour before arrival he calls to tell us, that he would not give us the room because the air conditioning had broken. Despite I kept saying that it did not matter, he redirects us to another structure of his knowledge. My questions were clear:
Will we stay under the same conditions?........ Yes
Will I pay the same price?..... Rep. 10€ more
Did you warn me that I have a dog?..... Reply
Well!!!!!! We arrive in the new structure, they do not accept dogs and I am asked € 15 to make it stay, plus the overnight cost us € 115 instead of € 90 from Toni. Then, I also found out, he had 2 reservations for the same room.
After a “sweet” phone call from me, he agreed to a rate of 100€ for our overnight stay.
Absolutely unreliable.
