ottima posizione, buona soluzione

Si trova a pochi metri dal lungomare e dal budello di Varazze. Accoglienza gentile e professionale. Camera che potrebbe essere rimodernata, in compenso pulita e con aria condizionata, tre finestre con possibilità di stendere i panni. Colazione ricca ed abbondante.

Cheap no-frills accommodation

Stayed one night over the weekend in July 2011, with two other guests in a triple (actually a double with an extra bed). Check-in took half an hour, room was smallish and bathroom functional and clean but very cramped (also it had a separator instead of a door which couldn't be locked). The room itself was old and very cheaply furnished, clean but not thoroughly (e.g. under the beds). Linens were clean, towels changed every two days (could not verify this). Close to centre and beach.
Perks: free Wi-Fi and flat screen TV (small, DTT channels only).
Missing: air con, hair drier, power sockets (1 room, 1 bathroom).
No complaints considering the cost (€37 per person).

Da migliorare

Struttura in ottima posizione, tranquilla, vicina alla spiaggia e alla stazione ferroviaria. Personale gentile e simpatici. Buona colazione. Purtroppo datata e maltenuta. La nostra camera, una tripla, aveva il minimo indispensabile. Un'unico armadio, un solo comodino e due mensoline per il letto matrimoniale. Assenza di abat-jour e di prese per la corrente, dolo quella in bagno (oggi tutti hanno un cellulare da ricaricare a fine giornata...come fai?? In tre poi...). Bagno piccolo e stretto, assenza di phon.
Altra pecca: su Booking viene dichiarata la presenza di parcheggio gratuito per le auto. In realtà il parcheggio non c'è e te lo devi cercare nelle strade adiacenti, in stazione o al porto. In ultimo...le signore addette alle pulizie che iniziano il loro lavoro prima delle 8 in maniera un po' troppo rumorosa al primo piano, insomma ti devi svegliare per forza.
Andrebbe rimodernato un po'.

Anche no

Sono stato 3 notti in questo albergo,è vero che è economico xo alcune cose non hanno prezzo e scuse....
Partiamo dalle pulizie delle camere inesistenti,lenzuola macchiate,il bagno ...lasciamo perdere.ogni mattina le donne delle pulizie insistiamo per entrare bussando e cercando di aprire con la chiave ma essendoci la mia dentro non riuscivano e andavamo via quasi borbottando. (Verso le 9 .30 neanche alle 11).
Dovreste investire del denaro x migliorare l hotel.

Dormite in auto, é meglio.

Stanze orribili, asciugamani e lenzuola macchiate e maleodoranti.. tutto tranne che pulito. Gli infissi stavano per caderci addosso e la privacy quasi non esiste..Accoglienza improvvisata dal cameriere che tutto sommato fa quello che può!
