More beautiful the park of the room
A beautiful well-kept park, facing the sea and about twenty minutes walk from the historic center of Vieste. Peschici is half an hour away by car. Good breakfast. About twenty single rooms village style. Swimming pool. Parking lot. The small room, the large bathroom but small shower. Mini fridge in the room. Water conditioners, according to the owner the best ever... But they were ugly and noisy, even at mode 1 at night you could hear them. Even the mini fridge could be heard. Being on the ground floor (and there being no window in the bathroom in our room) there was no air in the room. It was just the door. Even in B&Bs now you can find a bottle of water in the fridge please .. Not here.

Clean and quiet room, great value for money and good breakfast. The place is very nice and convenient to both the beach and the center of Vieste.

Unpretentious hotel
Large and spacious room, clean, few supports especially in the bathroom. Washbasin drawers never used because dirty, in 4days of stay I have never seen cleaning on the floor.
Breakfast in the norm, delicious homemade brioche and focaccia but everything else packaged, a real shame for the flavors of Puglia.
Pros: proximity to the sea, parking, swimming pool and proximity to the center of Vieste.

che scrive una recensione, dichiarando di soggiornare da 4 giorni e non aver mai visto lavare a terra ( ma la camera PULITA, come ha scritto, forse si è contraddetta?)…., è molto probabile questo, considerato che al mattino voi eravate al mare mentre le signore pulivano le camere !!! Il suo bagno della camera che ha occupato, oltre ad avere i cassetti PULITI ( in quanto siamo soggetti a controlli ASL) e molto ampi, dispone anche di una bella mensola anch’essa ampia, oltre ad un armadio davvero grosso. Quindi ha effettuato la colazione ed ha visto tutti prodotti confezionati !!??...mi viene da chiederle, forse è scesa con gli occhiali da sole o molto assonnata !!??!! di confezionato, trova solo le fette biscottate Monoporzione…non credo che in un Hotel si possa mettere la scatola aperta delle fette biscottate dove poi tutti ci mettono le mani, si chiama igiene !!! Idem per i biscotti monoporzione, Idem per il miele, Idem per le marmellate. Al massimo in bustina quindi confezionata, ha trovato solo una merendina…che esponiamo nel caso in cui qualche ospite voglia portarsela…per il resto la SFIDO a trovare qualcosa di confezionato …perché è tutto fresco di pasticceria e di forno. Probabilmente sarà abituata ad acquistare prodotti da supermercato e non ha cognizione di sapori artigianali. Di Pugliese…oltre la nostra focaccia fresca…di certo non poteva trovare le melanzane ripiene, o il nostro cacioricotta….voglio dire, a colazione forse credo sia un po’ esagerato….a meno che la sua intenzione era quella di unire la colazione con il pranzo e la cena !!!! Riassunto: scrivere una recensione del genere, tra l’altro non veritiera…quindi fasulla, da parte sua è a dir poco sgradevole, mostrando in lei cattiveria e poco rispetto ….!!! Purtroppo nella risposta, tripadvisor, non ci dà la possibilità di allegare alcune foto che dimostrino l’esatto opposto di quanto lei dichiara (ma se vuole le posso girare per mail o forse apro proprio un post ), ma d’altro canto….Lei ha tantomeno allegato foto per dimostrare cio’ che ha scritto (voglio dire, se io mi lamento, dimostro per lo meno quanto dico). Sorrida …. e cerchi, anzi, cercate di essere corretti !!!

First time in vieste
Pros: quiet, surrounded by greenery, with swimming pool and free wifi. Just cross the street to find yourself on the beach. We did not take advantage of an existing agreement with bathing establishments since we preferred to take an early morning bath and a morning walk. If you want there are very clean free beaches. Close to the center but not very close. If in the evening you want to have lunch in the center it is worth hurrying as the parking lot of the pier after 7 pm quickly fills up. Friendly staff. The only drawback is the noisy and inefficient air conditioning. Overall advisable and relatively cheap

A pleasant discovery
I stayed at this beautiful property with my husband in July. Located on the seafront, convenient. Well-kept gardens (like the whole structure) new room well furnished and spacious equipped with all amenities. Breakfast with sweet and savory superb, congratulations to the lady who personally prepares the desserts, delicious. Highly recommended.
