Best and easy hotel we found.
高速道路を降りたらすぐホテルが見えて、とにかく立地が最高です！周辺にはコンビニもたくさんあって、選び放題でした。
しかも、高速道路のサービスエリア（PA）にも歩いて行けるんです。これが本当に便利！歩いて5分くらいのところには中華料理のお店もありますし、PAで食事をすることもできます。そばや丼ものなど、簡単に食べられるものもいろいろあります。
お部屋はとてもきれいで清潔感があり、ホテルも新しくて、料金もリーズナブル。温泉やサウナもありますし、朝食・ランチ・夕食もホテル内で食べられるので、ホテルから出ずにゆっくり過ごすこともできます。
ここは本当に気に入ったので、また絶対に泊まりたいです！
そして、フロントにいた男性スタッフの方が本当に親切で、とても感じの良い方でした。笑顔で対応してくださって、宿泊客のために一生懸命サポートしてくださり、本当に素敵な接客でした。
お名前を確認できなかったのが残念ですが、あなたのおかげでとても良い印象が残りました。

ทำเลดีมาก ออกจากมอเตอร์เวย์ปุ๊บก็เจอโรงแรมเลย รอบ ๆ ก็มีร้านสะดวกซื้อหลายร้าน สะดวกสุด ๆ
ที่สำคัญสามารถเดินเข้าไปที่จุดพักรถ (PA) ของมอเตอร์เวย์ได้ด้วย สะดวกมาก! เดินประมาณ 5 นาทีก็มีร้านอาหารจีน หรือจะกินที่ PA ก็ได้ มีอาหารง่าย ๆ อย่างโซบะ ข้าวหน้าต่าง ๆ ให้เลือกหลายอย่าง
ห้องพักสะอาดมาก โรงแรมก็ดูใหม่ และราคาก็ไม่แพงเลย มีทั้งออนเซ็นและซาวน่า แถมมีอาหารเช้า กลางวัน และเย็นให้ทานที่โรงแรมด้วย ดังนั้นจะพักผ่อนอยู่ในโรงแรมทั้งวันก็ยังได้
ครั้งหน้าจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน!
และพนักงานผู้ชายที่แผนกต้อนรับก็ใจดีและเป็นมิตรมาก ๆ เป็นคนที่น่าประทับใจจริง ๆ ยิ้มแย้มและพยายามช่วยเหลือแขกอย่างเต็มที่

Rembrandt Style Gotemba-Komakado is truly a wonderful hotel!
The location is fantastic. As soon as you get off the motorway, the hotel is right there! There are also several convenience stores nearby, so it’s incredibly convenient.
What I especially love is that you can even walk to the motorway’s service area (PA). It’s so convenient! There’s a Chinese restaurant about a 5-minute walk away, or you can simply eat at the PA. They have various easy meals like soba and different kinds of rice bowls.
The room was very clean, the hotel feels new, and the price was very reasonable. There’s also an onsen and sauna, and you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel as well. You could easily spend the whole day relaxing at the hotel without having to go anywhere.
I’ll definitely stay here again!
And the male staff member at the front desk was incredibly kind and friendly. He was genuinely impressive—always smiling and doing his best to help the guests.
I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to see his name, but you truly made my stay a very memorable one.

The rooms are very small, the breakfast was manageable.
around there are hardly any local and some shops.
The only positive is the view of the fuji when it is not hiding behind clouds.

Although the staff cannot speak English well, they tried their best to answer my questions. I didn’t go to onsen but I could still enjoy the bathtub in my room.
The room rate is not high and I will definitely stay at this hotel if I visit gotemba again.
