We have no choice but to use the Kojinyama tennis courts for the East-West tennis training camp

I've been holding joint tennis training camps with the Kansai and Kanto regions every year for 10 years since my mid-20s, but since I've now turned 50, I've resumed and, excluding the year I missed due to COVID, this is my 9th joint training camp, so I had no choice but to use the closest hotel, the Arajinyama Tennis Court.
I stayed the night before at the Suwa Onsen Hotel Saginoyu (please also check out this post), and enjoyed food and sightseeing at places like eel, the four major Suwa shrines, a sake brewery, and Kirigamine. On the day of the training camp, 15 men, 11 women, and 1 child gathered at the Arajinyama Tennis Court from the Kansai, Kanto, and Nagoya regions at 1pm
After enjoying 4 hours of tennis, we checked in and relaxed in the hot springs at the Park Hotel. . . The hot spring was normal ♨
The room was for 5 old guys and had a large balcony, but compared to Saginoyu (I'm not even comparing it lol) the facilities were quite old and not well maintained.
It seems to be used for student training camps, so it can't be helped.
Then we had dinner in the large hall
The food was like a normal business hotel
Afterwards, we moved to the large hall next door for another big party
It was really fun
We relaxed in the hot spring from the morning and had breakfast in the hall, but it was just like a normal business hotel.
It's better not to expect too much from the food.
The Tokyu hotel on Lake Hamana that I had been using for many years has become increasingly sloppy in terms of service, and last year I didn't want to use it again due to the hotel's mismanagement, so although it's far from Kansai, I think I'll use it again next year, so I'd appreciate your help.

荒神山温泉

出張の際にはいつもお世話になっているホテルで、毎回温泉に入浴するのを楽しみにしています。特に露天風呂は開放的で眺望が良いので明るい時間に入るのがお奨めです。
自分は毎回平日に宿泊するのですいていますが、周辺には体育館やテニスコートなどの運動施設があって、夏は学生の合宿に使われることが多く混み合うようです。また蛍まつりの時期も予約困難です。
朝食は毎回和食を選択するのですが、しっかりした物を頂けて満足です。

お手頃な宿泊料金で、露天風呂からの景観はとても良かったです(^.^)

　信州旅行の拠点として利用しました。諏訪湖や駒ケ岳が近いので、とても便利な宿だと思います。部屋は、6畳の間でしたが、不便は感じませんでした。ベランダからの景色も良かったです。
　温泉は、大きな内湯、露天風呂と源泉浴槽です。露天風呂へは、内湯内を歩いて外へ出ます。露天風呂からの景色は、山々が見えてとても良かったです。ぬるめの源泉も良かったです。このときは、毛髪・垢は気になりませんでした。
　夕食は、会席料理でとても美味でした。特に、茶碗蒸しに蕎麦米が入っているのに驚きました。この値段で、これだけの料理を出していただけるのは、とても有難いものです。朝食は、サラダ類がバイキング形式になっていました。
　建物自体は、新しくありませんが、清潔に管理されているので、問題は有りません。職員の方も、とても親切で、楽しいひとときが過ごせました。ホタルが綺麗だそうで、見学ツアーもあるとか。次は、その季節に宿泊したいと思いました。

石焼ステーキ

半年ぶり4回目の訪問です。いつも料理(もちろん地酒も)と温泉を楽しみにしていきます。今回は料理をランクアップしたのが正解でした！信州牛のステーキが食べきれないくらいで、赤身と油のバランスがよくてもたれないし、それでいて柔らかいし。またこのプランにしようと思います。もちろん源泉ぬる温泉も3回も入って今回も大満足な旅でした。
