Near Nara Park and the temple area and surrounded by parking lots but not too many restaurants. Quiet and big rooms, comfort ok. Nice breakfast selection. Good choice, good value for price.

This hotel is close to the park yet, the dining options are limited. We hardly find restaurants open at around 7 pm.

Stay was good, room clean, staff excellent but no hot water…Luke warm was as good as we got. Also, no air conditioning based on central controls which I assume are associated with outside temp. Woke up in an extremely hot room. Windows open for cool air but also to street noise. Breakfast option was excellent.

Calm down and delicious breakfast for regular accommodation

About a 10-minute walk from Kintetsu Nara Station. You can see it by going through Higashimuko Shopping Street, going east on Sanjo Street and going south along Sarusawa Pond. It stands on the site of the movie theater "Okaza". At check-in, the front desk is the first to open: "Was it okay with the heavy rain earlier?" He was worried about me. Rooms are necessary and sufficient as well as staff hospitality. The five-storied pagoda of Kofuku-ji Temple is under repair, but you should be able to see it directly from your room window when you are finished. The bed and air conditioning were comfortable and I woke up refreshed.
Breakfast is served at Obana, a Japanese restaurant in the hotel basement. The breakfast buffet, which was called "The Breakfast of Yamato's Grace," was noteworthy for its plentiful use of local dishes handed down in Nara Yamatoji, including two kinds of chagayu and Narazuke, Asukanabe, stewed Yamato mustard and Yamatoage, and Gotoku miso soup and Miwa somen using local vegetables from Nara!　In addition to the soup stock rolled egg and spicy boiled roe, Yamato tea pudding was also too delicious to replace.
As it is a short distance from the station, it is a calm space with few families with children, so I would like to make it a regular inn.

I like that it was quiet and peaceful over there at night, hardly any noise whatsoever except for the ambulance. However, could improve by providing complimentary water bottles in the room so wouldn't have to buy water bottles from the vending machine. Other than that, I had a nice stay and staff were pretty welcoming and made me feel at home.
