Kinu No Keikoku Hekiryu

Enjoy delicious food and full service
The receptionist was very kind and I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. I was able to spend a fulfilling time just inside the facility, choosing a yukata, having a welcome drink and manju service, and enjoying whisky drinking and darts at night.
The food was all delicious, especially the Tochigi beef, which was very tender and juicy and impressive.
The only regret was the lack of access to alcohol vending machines. I had to rush to the convenience store to get some, but otherwise I was very happy with my stay.
If I have another chance, I would love to stay.

Lovely stay, lovely staff
The room was large and had a nice view, but we didn't really enjoy it much as the room by the window with the view was freezing! So we usually closed it off. And the shower room was also freezing! I ran a bath just to warm up the room and had to leave the shower running for a while to warm up the shower floor.
We asked for no housekeeping as we were only there for a couple of days, but they insisted on providing fresh towels so the next day there was a pile of fresh towels and new cups, snacks and tea sachets waiting by the front door, which was nice. Only downside was we had to make our own futons. I assume they do it for you if you request housekeeping.
Another great thing about it not being too busy is we got to park our car right at the front door!
We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant included in our stay, which was very substantial and pretty delicious, especially the Tochigi wagyu, yummmmm. There's also a selection of yukata to use at the hotel which was a nice touch.
