A Great Location and Family Friendly Base in Osaka.
Stayed for 5 nights as a family of 5 (boys 7, 4 and 13mo) from Australia in September. This was the middle of 3 five night stays we had in Japan, the others being in Tokyo Bay and Ryogoku Tokyo.
This was the cheapest, but best overall experience, best location and best value of our trip.
Our room was on the 10th floor, right by the elevator (I think its one room per floor). Great views of the Osaka tower (Tsutenkaku) from the front door and from our balcony.
Our room had 3 double beds (same as Australian doubles), side by side, one shared by our 4 and 7 year olds, one each for my wife and I. We paid about $50AUD to hire a cot through the hotel which was placed at the end of the middle bed and worked well.
There was a small but useful dining table, fridge, little kitchenette area, bath/shower combo and most valuable, a washing machine (was super hot for our stay). The laundry had drying racks and heat that worked well.
Aircon worked great and kept room cool. Staff were always super friendly and helpful. They let me borrow a screwdriver to fix a kids toy.
Location was fantastic, two minutes from a train station and about 10-15 walk from two others we also used. Easy to get to all the attractions around the city by metro.
Two little family marts (like a 7-11) within 1min walk and a larger supermarket nearby.
The nearby Tsutenkaku area was on our doorstep with lots of lights and dining options.
A highly recommended option for a family stay in Osaka.

Great location, super clean, and friendly staff. Nice amenities in the room, although it could have really used a desk or table with chairs. There was nowhere to use our laptops... Also the Internet was super spotty. Figure out those two items and I'd definitely give it 5 stars.

Excellent option for our trip. More an apartment than a traditional hotel. But suited our needs. Large room with sitting area so plenty of room for cases. Our own washing machine and drying room so a great relief to get some laundry done. Great location to move from . Lovely staff, very efficient
