Our entire stay was very enjoyable. The staff was very helpful. Gave us some good restaurant recommendations. The hotel has an excellent location. Close to the train and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and provide you many toiletries. We loved the pajamas!

New hotel and nice stay here

In our recent revistation to Osaka, we decided to try new hotels instead of staying back the former ones though they were equally good, if not better). And this hotel was the "new one" that we stayed as our first leg of our Osaka trip.
The hotel was new and nice, a mere 4mins walk from Herbis Bus Terminal, where the Kansai Airport Limousine Shuttle Service ends (or start off to Kansai airport). And also about 10mins to JR Osaka Station, Sakurabashi gate. It's very convenient and accessible and there's lots of eateries and convenience stores (underground passages too).
The lobby was on the 2nd storey and it was bright and nice. Our room was on the 8th storey and it was considered "quite big" in Japanese standard. The room was cosy and bed the was comfortable. The bathtub was a smaller version, short but deep and if you are over 1.65m, ypu might not be able to fully stretch your legs.
Room service was well done and professionally and you can pickup your daily bathroom kit and tea sachets at the lobby self service counter. And there's ice machine on every floor with vending machine and you can easily get your drinks there too.
We didn't try the breakfast as our local friends brought us out almost everyday for breakfast but we checked and it cost about 2700yen for it if walk-in.
Overall, we rested well and enjoyed our 4 nights stay here！

Does the bare minimum... but not great...

Let's start with the positive: located near the Osaka station, so close to public transport, in a quiet area. Clean and efficient rooms, but the bathroom is not very practical: it is impossible to hang two towels to dry or even to set down two toiletry bags.
Average reception and long waits for the elevators to go up to and down from the rooms. Basic breakfast in terms of the dishes offered, and the lounge offering "cheese and wine" in the late afternoon was very low-end. In short, it does the minimum of what is expected of a hotel, but for my part, I am not convinced by this hotel.

The hotel's facilities are design-wise terrible, especially the bathroom lighting—it keeps automatically turning off even while someone is inside, forcing me to keep moving around just to keep the lights on. Additionally, the water pressure in the sink is extremely weak, and there aren't enough power outlets.
On top of that, the housekeeping was thoroughly inadequate. They left a lot of trash behind and didn't even make the bed.
The front desk staff were completely unhelpful as well. When I got injured and simply asked for some gauze, they just claimed they didn't have any. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I definitely won't be coming back.

Hotel was very efficient and nice. No full service restaurant as indicated on property summary.
