Booked 2 nights separately, 1 smoking room and 1 non-smoking room. I thought I stayed on the same room, but the hotel helped me to move to my new room. It was so nice. And there was a great public bath.

It’s a good hotel but…
The hotel is close to the station and a convenience store, and the facilities (large public bath, izakaya restaurant where you can order a la carte), rooms (view, size), etc. are good value for money.
The free coffee is generally bad, but this hotel is of convenience store standard and drinkable. The hotel staff and restaurant staff were also good. Except for one person!
I tried to use the wireless charger in the room, but it didn't respond, so I called the woman at the front desk.
Me: "There's a wireless charger in the room," Front desk: "It seems so," Me: "Hmm?..." "I'd like to know how to use it, can you use it?" Front desk: "I think it can be used," Me: "Can you tell me specifically, for example, iPhone is OK...," Front desk: "Probably," Me: "...You don't know?" Front desk: "Yes," what do you think of this conversation?
Even if it's understandable that she didn't know, she talked about things she didn't know as if it was a given, and answered as if the hotel she works at was someone else's business, and she didn't even try to look it up and reply, so I was stunned and hung up the phone.
