To the person in charge
I stayed here the other day.
My impression is... hmmm, it's not that great!
I've been to a lot of hot springs in eastern Japan.
Although they advertise themselves as all-inclusive, which is a recent trend,
beer is only served until 6pm? 7pm?
Is it really necessary to limit it like that? How much can you drink from those small wine glasses? I wondered. Even if you drink a lot, you can only drink 5 glasses? 10 glasses? Even if you drink twice as much, 20 glasses, how much would it cost? I kept calculating.
As soon as I got in the bath, there was no razor. It wasn't even in the amenity area where the yukatas were kept? It wasn't in the room either?
I asked the staff and they said it was in the shop, but when I went there, I found out it was charged.
50 yen? Do they charge money? With the introduction of plastic bags, they're also charging for disposable razors? Next to the counter, women's Pampers are also charged?
It's not that I feel bad about the 50 yen. I'm talking about charging a separate fee for it.
I would understand if they were handing it over for security reasons...
The same goes for the beer mentioned above. It can't be helped, since this is how your company handles things.
If that's your style, then that's fine.
Are there any places that charge for razors these days?
Don't they provide them for free even at day-trip hot springs?
In conclusion, are they not thinking from the customer's perspective?
Lack of hospitality?
Not providing a blissful meal and lodging?
It's a small thing, but the negative image that comes to mind will make you think about returning a second or third time, won't it?
What do you think about this in order to compete with the famous hot spring inns in the neighborhood?
I'm glad I was able to use the local coupon, but will I return next time?
