Exceptional.

An excellent location for HND - and just 20 minutes or so into downtown Tokyo. This hotel is exceptional. Getting to and from the airport was so easy and stress free. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable. Excellent wifi and amenities throughout. The views from the rooftop are incredible!

Dynamic pricing.

It is unavoidable to stay later because of the late night arrival from KR. It is also a Bon holiday period, which is expensive for a stay of just under six hours. It is inferior to the facilities in the terminal in terms of the burden after arrival, but Tokyu was fully booked so we can't help it. The hallway design that resembles a runway may be a gimmick that stirs up travel sentiment, but the approach from Keikyu station is as envious as a container yard.

The staff were lovely, and the location was excellent. Check-in was very easy and straightforward. However, there were some cleanliness issues in the rooms, and our room, which was on the first floor, had a noticeable smell. We chose not to let this affect our stay too much, as the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Overall, the convenient location and friendly service made for a positive experience, and I would still recommend staying here.

Great stay experience

The hotel has a great location near Haneda Airport. We slept very well and thoroughly enjoyed our three-night family stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Brand new and super comfortable hotel right next to Haneda

This is a brand new hotel, so everything feels very clean and comfortable. There was absolutely no noise from outside or any neighbouring rooms. I’d requested a room away from the elevator and was told it wasn’t available. The staff were very apologetic but it turned out not to matter anyway as the room I was given was more than far enough away and perfectly quiet.
The shower had excellent, strong water pressure and the bed was nice and firm with a comfy duvet. The air conditioner seemed to turn itself off though which was a bit annoying.
The rooftop offers fantastic views of the Tokyo skyline. Despite another review mentioning a lack of convenience stores nearby, there’s actually a Daily Yamazaki right next to the hotel, open until 11pm.
Access from the train and monorail is extremely easy, with escalators and elevators the whole way - no need to carry heavy bags up any stairs. There is a shuttle bus available, but I didn’t need it as the train and monorail are so close and very affordable.
The rooms also feature new Sony 4K smart TVs with all the major streaming apps. Finally, they have 6 washing machines and there was always one available - unlike a lot of other hotels that only have 1 or 2!
