Accommodation was fine.

The accommodation was fine, but it took a long time to check in. It was our first time staying here, so we knew nothing about it… The guides were hard to understand, the people who showed us were not very verbal, and if they could explain a little more, we would be able to check in smoothly. I waited for 40 minutes in the lobby and watched it and thought, "Wow. However, it was very good to be close because the event was held at Tokyo Dome in terms of location. I'd like to use it again. The cleaning staff were not Japanese either, but they were well received. Thank you very much.

An adequate stay but paying over £160 a night for a basic twin room when the breakfast entry finished at 9am and you had to pay for the swimming pool felt rather a rip off compared to the many great value hotels closer to the main action in Tokyo. A shame though useful for going to the baseball.

Good hotel!

Poor hotel with poor service. Beds and location are the only pluses. Moderate and busy breakfast (times to eat are very limited for such a big hotel!), outdated rooms, annoying check-in process, paying for the pool, very impersonal experience. So one setback. We would definitely not go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Tokyo Dome Hotel and would definitely stay here again. We stayed on both the Premium and Executive Floors, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always helpful.
Having a 24-hour Lawson right inside the hotel on Level 2 was a huge plus. It made it so easy to grab snacks, drinks, breakfast, or anything else we needed at any time of day.
The Executive Lounge was another highlight. It was a relaxing place to unwind with great views. The only suggestions we have would be to keep the lounge open a little later in the evening and offer a larger variety of finger foods and snacks.
One suggestion would be to add a dedicated laundry room for the Premium and/or Executive Floors. Since we stayed on the 36th and 39th floors, having to go all the way down to Level 7, where there are only five machines shared by the entire hotel, was a bit inconvenient, especially during busy times (game days).
Lastly, although the bathrooms were clean and had great amenities, it would be nice to see them updated with a more modern Japanese-style design, featuring a separate toilet and bathing area.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is unbeatable for visiting Tokyo Dome and exploring the surrounding area, the service was excellent, and having Lawson inside the hotel was a great bonus. We highly recommend Tokyo Dome Hotel and look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Tokyo.

It is generally a very nice hotel. However, I the self service laundry machines are always in use with people lining up to use them even late at night. I had to find a laundromat elsewhere.
