It was a cheap stay with breakfast included and free parking.

I used it after a concert at Nova Hall near Tsukuba Station. 1 hour and 30 minutes by car from Koshigaya without using the expressway. On the way home, I wasn't confident driving in the dark, so I decided to stay overnight. It's a little far from the station, but they have free bicycles to rent, the accommodation rate is cheap at 5,000 yen (Saturday), and it was a great choice as it had good reviews on other sites. The parking lot is large and free. The reception staff were also polite and pleasant. Coffee is always available free of charge in the dining room. Breakfast didn't have many items, but it was enough for me with salad, bread rolls, juice, soup, and coffee. The room was on the second floor of the old building and felt old, but it was clean and had yukata, so it was nice to be able to stay at this price.

nice experience

my teammates and i went to tsukuba and lived here last whole week. although it's a small and old hotel, yet everyone here is kind and considerate with fully smile. because the room inside is clean and neat, i can have deep sleep every night. actually i don't think the room's insulation is that bad. the breakfast and dinner are also delicious. the public place in the 1st floor make me relax everyday. and so do my teammates.
the only one thing that we don't feel comfortable is no free WiFi in the room (although there's LAN in the room and you can get it from the front desk for free).there's only free WiFi in the public place in the 1st floor.
to sum up, it will be nice experience if you have limited budget like us. great c/p ratio. if possible, i'll choose it again next time.

3点7分的评价有点低了，我觉得可以值个4.2。
酒店离车站有点远，走路的话差不多得30分钟，打车的话要1000到1500日元左右 地方是真的有一点点偏了。但是他们提供自行车，除了入住和离店的时候，用自行车移动还挺方便的。
除此之外，考虑到价格，倒没有什么特别值得吐槽的地方。有免费的早餐，虽然只有两三个种类。

部屋は明るく清潔感あり

十分満足です。５点は欠点が無いという意味では無く、価格を考えたとき、ビジネスホテルらしい（私の感覚ではこのホテルはむしろ宿舎みたいな）感じであることはやむを得ないことですが、フロントの方も親切で対応も良かったですし、設備面でも、明るい清潔感のある部屋やエコの取り組み、自転車無料や共用ロビーや朝のコーヒーサービスなどの努力が認められる、ということを評価しました。あえて言えば、私は元つくば市民なので土地勘がありますが、公式ページでのアクセスの案内が、もう少し親切だと良いかな。と思いました（つくばセンターから荒川沖行きに乗って（または荒川沖から来て、あるいは東京駅からの高速バスで来て、千現一丁目バス停で降りて、そこからどっちに行けば良いか、が図であると良いです。もっとも、大通りから見えますし、今時スマホで地図がぱっと出る人が多いから、住所だけでも困る人はあまりいないでしょうが）。
