Best Hotel By West Edmonton mall
We have stayed here over 40 time. Excellent location and close to everything. The breakfast is amazing. More importantly, the staff are all super kind and helpful. We look forward to staying here again real soon.

Service was great and staff was friendly. Very clean overall. Only downside was it is currently under renovations so we couldn’t use the pool or fitness room. Looking forward to go back when the renovation is completed.

Hotel is under renovations, found it to be very chaotic. TV was not working the first night and staff were not able fix it

It’s under construction and they don’t advertise that anywhere. Pool is off limits, first floor is completely under Reno and off limits, reception moved to temporary location on the other side of the hotel and everything smells of drywall dust and paint. Would not stay again until Reno is done and hotel is actually functional.

The breakfast was extremely disappointing and lacked both flavor and variety. The food was bland, unseasoned, and did not meet the quality we were expecting. Based on what was advertised and the overall impression of the property, we thought we would be getting a much better breakfast with more options and better quality.
