The room was clean, linen changed out regularly. The staff was very friendly.
Note: if you're going to display flags out front, make sure they are not ratty and torn. It was disgraceful seeing the Canadian, Albertan and US flag, dirty, faded and torn.

We found it rather dirty. The parking lot was very dirty as well.
The carpets need cleaning and the floors need a good scrubbing
in the room. No bar soap for the bath and no shower soap. The
second night we were there they had an event on the main floor.
The loud base from the music meant we could not get to sleep
until after midnight on the 3rd floor!! The beds were very comfortable
and clean. Pillows were great! Would not stay there again and would
not recommend to anyone else. Price was great.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. Their excellent customer service made the experience even more enjoyable.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, good parking, the only complaint that I have is that there was no drinking water provided in the room.

I had an enjoyable stay. Would be nice to have curtains close completely for night time to keep it dark.
