Love The BW Location

Loved the location, right next to the visitor center and the moose beside the snowbird where you can easily obtain the trolly to the tunnels or the town tour and so on. Overall a fantastic Best Western with all the necessary amenities. Very clean, the staff were amazing. Such a great stay

Sleepless nights guaranteed

I’ve stayed here a few times, and while the rooms are decent, the overall experience has been consistently frustrating. Each visit has been very noisy, with kids running through the hallways, people shouting, and what sounded like parties late into the night.
On my first stay, the noise went on until nearly midnight, and calling the front desk didn’t help. It’s hard to relax after a long trip when there’s no control over the noise. The pool area was also poorly maintained, with dirt and sand everywhere and no clean towels, making the place feel chaotic.
For the price, I expected a much more comfortable and peaceful stay. The only positive was the friendly staff at check-in, but it wasn’t enough to make up for everything else. After multiple disappointing visits, I wouldn’t return or recommend it.

The hotel staff was excellent, hotel room was clean, breakfast was good. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Never made it to the hotel, called around 3:00 in the afternoon to cancel as grand daughter was sick. You guys nor I could get through to the hotel to try & cancel, you guys apparently tried several times & finally sent them an email and we never received any response. Very disappointed
