We stayed at the falls-view side of the hotel, which means we were able to see both of the Niagara Falls from our wall-sized window. We were lucky to end up on the nineth floor, which meant there were no trees obstruction our view. The front desk lady was very helpful with our early check-in, making us feel cared for. As part of the Marriot Hotel package, they give out free vouchers to activities that were not easily accessible but supposedly free, which was frustrating and we ended up not using any of them. The room and the hotel facilities, as well as room services, were top-notch. I ordered breakfast to the room because of the view. For a higher price, you can get rooms that are even higher up, but the trade-off is that you'd be further away from the Falls. I personally love to be physically very close to the sight, turning it from a sight to an experience, actually. I don't like the greed that started to briefly simmer in me when told about the room price and room floor correlation, an up-grade that was readily available. I pat myself on the shoulder for not giving in to that greed.

Amazing view of all three falls.
Great view of all three falls from room. Comfortable bed. Great huge shower and massive jet tub. Staff was very friendly. We were on the 19th floor with a Fallsview room.

Absolutely disgusting
This has to be the WORST Marriott I’ve stayed at. I’m an Elite Marriott member and this hotel is the worst yet.
BREAKFAST BUFFET: THERE WAS A DEAD FLY IN MY WATER. The waitress gives me my water, I went to drink it and I see a small dead fly floating at the top. I called her over immediately before she walked away and told her there’s a dead bug. She doesn’t apologize, she says nothing, takes it and leaves. Then she comes back with a new water and I told her I don’t want it or the food I ordered because my stomach was turning. She proceeds to tell me I’ll have to talk to her manager because I’m still going to get charged since they made the meal. I then had to speak to her manager and tell her I will NOT BE EATING OR PAYING FOR THIS MEAL. Absolutely DISGUSTING.
CHECK-IN: I arrived at 6:30pm, the line to check-in was completely backed up. There were about 7 families ahead of me and I had to wait over 30 minutes for it to be my turn to check-in. This is even on the Elite line!! They had 2 people checking guests in & another man came out, saw the line, and just went back into the office.
ROOMS: MASSIVE SPIDER WEB with an HUGE Spider in the corner of the room. Has anyone cleaned this room in over a month???Extremely outdated with a musty smell. It’s very dark in the rooms, they’re poorly designed, and the AC/Heat functions don’t work. The view is nice but all the other problems take away from it.
1/5 experience, I will not be returning and telling everyone to avoid this place at all costs.

Wouldn't stay again.
I expected more from this place. First room 1602 had dripping mold from the ceiling. Room was very hot. The room had a musty smell. Showed the front desk and they moved us late at night to 1607. Room 1607 also had mold on the ceiling but not as bad. Ceiling fan didn't work. 1607 was even hotter, front desk provided an osculating fan which helped. They also took off parking charges. In general parking charges are absolutely outrageous!

A Trip to Remember
Our stay at the Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview was truly an experience. We chose this trip for our granddaughter and her friend, and the view from our room became part of the vacation itself.
From our window we could see both the Canadian Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls — two countries in one view. During the day, we could sit and simply watch the water; at night, the illuminated Falls and fireworks were spectacular. On our first evening, we had non-alcoholic sparkling wine, fruit and cheese in the room while watching the fireworks over Niagara Falls. It was one of those moments our family will remember for years.
The location was also extremely convenient for exploring Niagara Falls and getting to the attractions around Table Rock and Fallsview.
A Fallsview room is an investment, but for this particular trip I am incredibly glad we made it. The room wasn't simply where we slept — the room itself became part of the Niagara Falls experience.
