Staff were exceptional. Room was clean and quiet (once the adjoining room occupants settled).
Breakfast had hot and cold choices.
Overall my stay was fine and I would stay here again.

Bathroom door doesn’t shut. Bathroom fan doesn’t work. Hairdryer doesn’t work. Man at front desk was unfriendly & dismissive. Paid $25 for laundry service & gave my laundry in a laundry bag, received it back in a bin bag. Had to go buy another laundry bag as I wasn’t going to leave in a taxi with my clothes in a bin bag! They seem to do the absolute bare minimum here. A disappointing experience

The hotel was not great.
- Room appeared clean but extremely dated.
- Carpets were very stained in the room.
- The bedding was clean, but the bed underneath was horribly stained, quite shocking that they still kept that bed in use. I don’t mean 1 or 2 stains…
- The sink was cracked.
- The door didn’t close properly and would make a noise so you’d go and pull them closed.
- The breakfast largely ran out at 8:30 - there was no eggs left, no bread (but we were able to get some after asking), no plates even. I’ve also never seen a continental breakfast without any fruit.
- Staff were nice, air conditioning worked fine.
This hotel needs some investment by the ownership. I’m surprised it was even a Ramada brand.

Reserved and paid for a king room. We Arrived at 930pm. King room not available. Had to wait 20 minutes to get a queen room
The 2 bath towels were the size of a hand towel. The chairs in the room were stained. Beds were uncomfortable and very thin bedding. No hair dryer.
On a positive note The shower had good pressure.

Comfy bed. The toilet seat was rather loose — I mentioned it when checking out & staff noted it.
