Already planning for next summer!

Because I have learned through my travels, that appearances can be misleading, I was curious as to what I would find at this property. The exterior is definitely older and almost retro. Inside, of course is also older, but very comfortable. We had a full kitchen, bedroom with queen bed, and the sofa in the living area converts to a queen bed. I slept on the hide-a-bed, and it was wonderful! My girlfriend confirmed that the other bed was also great. Plenty of hot water and towels. Please note you will need your own beach towels - I always travel ready for a swim! There are barbecues for guest use, and several picnic tables. Walk a few stops on a short path to find a large patio with different chairs, or go down a couple of steps and the beach is right there! Toes in the water!! Very quiet as this motel is off the highway. Family friendly and you are treated like family. So if you are looking for something on the beach that is cozy and comfortable, try Bella Villa, I give my highest recommendations!

Do NOT Stay here! Dirty, NOISY, In Poor Repair and Iffy Clientelle

We tried to stay in a waterfront unit for the winter and were forced to move out 2 months early. Not only is this place old, but it's in bad repair. Our kitchen faucets rattled in place (loose.) Over sink light damaged, unusable. BR taps reversed. Toilet not secured. BR fan rattles. Back door no seal and had to tape shut due to cold. Front door sticks. Lock malfunctions. SO VERY NOISY!!! Floors cracked. MATTRESS OLD AND LUMPY. Dining chairs loose and would have to keep tightening them. TV very small. I had to wash all the dishes before we could use them and clean the whole unit including walls and door jams were sticky with grunge. Not enough parking. We had a back patio area that was unusable due to mud and stench from pets. The other tenants are loud and argue. The police were called a few times for domestics. Not restful and not safe here.

Great location, but NOT again!

The location is fantastic, but rooms are dated! The bed was saggy soft and the sheets were stained. The bathroom door didn’t close and lock. There’s an ant problem in our room. It was for one night, but a night with a terrible sleep. The room wasn’t cheap which made everything worse as far as we were concerned . This place needs a make over… desperately!

This place is getting old

This place needs a lot of work, the hosts were really nice and the 200 you are paying for is the beach the room is a 50 dollar motel not a resort, bed was uncofortable for us, the shower curton, stove was not clean as the pic show and paint was pealing in the bathroom and if you dont do the dishes you get charged 30, I wanted to charge them for cleaning the bathroom, you can not watch the tv from the bed, and window by bed has no screen and did not realize untill we needed air there is no locks that need to be fixed and the walls are thin, when we booked there was no refunds so we stayed but we knew it would be a little noisy and it was

Great location, outdated room

The four deluxe units have the beach front view, and the motel shares the sandy beach with neighborhood hotels. The room itself is outdated. Pillows are uncomfortable, overly used towels with stains. The prices of SOME neighborhood beach front motels are much lower. Try walk along the beach and ask for prices, if you are on a budget trip.
