A great central low rise hotel
We stayed for five nights on second floor
Very comfortable. Staff friendly & pleasant.
Rooms very big smd and spacious if a bit blandly decorated. Bed huge and very comfortable. Lovely toiletries. Coffee machine and pods but no kettle or tea bags.
Bottled refillable water charged on departure- 3.50 each a bit mean & petty for a four star expensive hotel ! That’s why I docked a star

super laud and noisy - especially during the weekend - a stay here should end on a weekday😉 but other than that it ws a super nice place

I bought a night for my son and daughther in law for their 1st anniversary and they were very happy, the loves the Hotel, room and were welcome with champagne and a lovely note congratulating them. I will definitely choose Sutton again!

Great hotel. Great food. Not great ac. Bounced Between loud and right on us in bed to off and nothing in between.

Great location, staff very helpful. Waitress in bar very knowledgeable on local area giving us great places to visit.
