Best Service
I rarely write reviews, but the exceptional service I received truly impressed me. A couple of days ago, during a business trip I stayed there and ordered from room service. When the guy name was kifyat arrived to deliver the food, he held the door and greeted me warmly by name. He then politely asked where I would like the setup in front of the TV/sofa, at the dining table, or outside on the terrace. I chose in front of the sofa.
He set up the table beautifully while engaging in pleasant conversation about my stay. Since I was watching match he thoughtfully placed the TV remote within easy reach on the table. Without even being asked, he brought bottles of water with ice and poured a glass for me.
I was genuinely impressed by his warm and professional manner ,it was the best service I have ever experienced in any hotel first time. Thank you so much for everything he did. He made my stay truly memorable. I will definitely come again

Reception Manager was very kind in giving us a late checkout on the last day as we had a late flight home. The room was clean and spacious but disappointing that it face a big construction site. Great pool / beach amenities. Breakfast is a little limited in offerings for the price, we preferred going out to eat.
