Good Hotel

Good Hotel with friendly front offices staff, Rooms are huge and spacious and very clean, hot water available and Air Conditioning, Rooms amenities are available kettle coffee Tea, Wi-Fi is a bit poor but good enough to check emails and to get on Facebook, Breakfast is unique in the morning you get to choose of what u want for your breakfast which is awesome, I usually order boiled eggs with tea with milk. The hotel is located right in the heart of city in city center shops, Restaurants, supermarkets etc. definitely one of the best hotels I stayed inn.

Hotel good but receptionist with terrible attitude

On checking in the receptionist Olesa explained about breakfast time the following morning and asked what i wanted and at which time i said i would have omelete , porridge and tea with milk at 08:30 however she said no 9am is better i explained i had a meeting just after nine so requested an earlier breakfast again she said no 9 was better so again i explained i could not due to business meeting so reluctantly she finally wrote down 08;30 which was the first sign of her attitute, the hotel itself was good and rest of staff friendly the meals were a variety if selections including indian so enjoyed the food, during the evening i wanted to drink some juice from the mini bar however when opening the i liter juice carton i realized it was frozen solid as was two other bottles of water due to refridgerator been set at too low a temp so i gave uo on the juice idea. when telling the receptionist again she informed me as the lid had been opened and replace i would need to pay for the juice, i explained three times it was frozen solid and although i wanted to drink i couldnt so felt it unfair to charge me for a temperature issue with the fridge but she was insistant rasing her hands and voice at me, as director of a company that have a contract with the hotel i then called my administrator to inform i had enough and was checking out, the receptionist began raising her voice again telling me not to speak in English and shouting russian only, once finished my call i explained i was shocked at the service given and would not stay at the hotel, Pity about her terrible service attitude otherwise a pleasent stay.

Best in Town

Food is pretty good. Not as spicy as I would like but that seems to be the case in most countries I visit. The service is excellent and the beer is chilled. Don't bother ordering the nan bread. It's not a nan. It's more like a Turkish bread. The chef was changed a year ago and can't make proper nan bread. The chapatti's are good however.

Отель расположен в центре Актау, понравился номер (стандарт), достаточно комфортабельно, уютно, есть все необходимое. Хорошая душевая кабина, в целом - в отеле весьма чисто. Есть бар, свободный доступ в интернет. Завтрак входит в стоимость проживания, однако шведский стол не предоставляется, выбор основного блюда (омлет, каша, яичница) не велик, и Вы будете ожидать его приготовления 20-25 минут... Персонал - приветлив. Удивило, что номер не убирали в течении двух дней.
