Excellent! Felt like family! Just be careful walking around in that area at night. Great restaurant and chef too!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Great value for money.
Only critique would be my room didn’t have air conditioning, but the fan was powerful enough to keep me cool at night, so they can keep the full 5 stars from me.

Friendly staff, but...

Very friendly staff. Spacious and excellent food. Clean facilities. Nice views from the terrace. Fast internet.
The surroundings of the hotel are not very nice, it does not feel safe. The pillows are uncomfortable; the bed is large, but not very comfortable. The light in the room is a little scarce. The shower has curtain, which I personally don't like because it doesn't feel hygienic, but it was clean visually.

This is a hard review to write. The staff here were very friendly and quite helpful but my experience here was not good at all. when i initially checked in a couple of dogs came running down the stairs. These dogs and a cat (or 2) were allowed to roam freely about the hotel. I actually found a tick on my pillow one night and another was dead underneath the sheet as well as some other little bugs in the bed ( not bed bugs). i did complain and moved rooms, sadly i then got ill and I do believe it was from food i had purchased here. I myself am very displeased and surprised as the cleaning standards seemed to be high, the hallways were mopped daily i was asked if i wanted my room cleaning daily, but i did see one of the dogs toys in the kitchen area.

Property very clean and staffs very kindly and assist any time. Lovely place.
