Huge rooms, clean space, quiet residential area, great shower pressure, 5 mins slight downhill stroll to Provenza....7mins back.
Staff was helpful, breakfast was enough. I would definitely stay there again.
Hotel arrange tour with maxtour company that mostly caters to Spanish speaking tourist. Our tour guide switching to english just to speak to to us 2, in a group of 40 took away from getting the full experience. I heard so many english only tour groups along the way and felt instant regret in my group.

Beautiful hotel, helpful staff and great location! Would stay here again on our next trip to Medellin. It was very easy to arrange airport transfers and the drivers communicated in advance thru WhatsApp and sent vehicle photo with license plate. Breakfast was included with our rooms and was a nice buffet with made to order eggs. The room was also very quiet.

Good value and superb staff

We had a great stay, rooms are spacious, bed and pillow excellent, Room was clean although floor could use some more attention. Staff very very friendly and helpful. Quiet location and walkable to main spots in poblado. Breakfast was OK, some reviews were mentioning flies at the buffet we did not see a single fly during our stay at the buffet.

Poor management

As many have said, good location, breakfast and staff other than reception/management. We had an issue on the morning we were due to depart in that a connection from the mains water supply to the bathroom (located under the sink) came away of its own accord whilst my wife was in the shower. This resulted in a vast quantity of water coming into the room resulting in the room and bathroom being under water. We had to scramble to try and get our luggage and clothing on the bed before it got very wet. We were leaving for the airport early that morning and needed to get ready. Hotel staff did clean the room within half an hour and fixed the plumbing but, we were left scrambling to get ready, pack and get some of the wet clothing in to plastic bags. On checking out, usual question of mini bar consumption and we said small bottle of water that morning and four small bottles on previous two days. We were told we would not charge for the bottle of water consumed that morning but would be for the previous days. Came to $14! On challenging the charge considering what we had been through that morning, manager said “these things happen”. Of course things happen but it is how you deal with it that shows whether you care or not! He clearly did not. Not once did he say sorry for what had happened.

We had a major leak in our room the entire stay. The staff did nothing to assist or accommodate with a room transfer. The room was out dated with many broken fixtures
