Exceptional experience loved it.

Great property super clean very very helpful staff, all of them were great help starting with the sweetest Zainab from the front desk to all that I can’t recall their names every single one was great with their greeting to the smile on their faces. Amazing Lebanese hospitality. I loved the place and enjoyed my stay to the max thanks again for this wonderful experience.

Total Disaster

forgot a bag at the lobby and proceeded to call the reception asking for it and they said it wasn't there, but my gut said otherwise and so i went the next day just to find out the valet kept it with him? it had very sensitive papers and everything i needed and they just kept it? what type of policy is this? absolute joke of a hotel and don't get me started with the management especial;y the security one
you have been warned do not come this if you have a specific amount you want to spend, these people will scam you somehow

Enjoyable Stay

Excellent location , very good service & friendly staff . Hotel is very clean with a variety of food selection from the Lebanese restaurant Ward El Cham to the Italian restaurant Como.
Do miss to visit this luxurious place.

I do not recommend it to anybody. Front desk stuff very disrespectful and room service very slow. You order sth you got the next day.
I ordered an extra bed in the morning after paying 30$ for it it was send at 12 am and the bed was awful and mattress was very dirty.
An experience i do not advice anybody to explore.

I had an amazing stay at Eden Bay! The hotel was super clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. I especially want to thank the reception team on my floor — both of them were extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. One of the guys might be named Ahmed (not 100% sure), but both were honestly great. Thanks again to the whole Eden Bay team — I really enjoyed my time here!
