The room was okay overall, but there was still a greasy smell, likely because it had not been used for a long time.
On the plus side, the location was very convenient, with shops nearby and easy access to MMU University, which was especially helpful for settling in family members.

The hotel is a budget hotel surrounded by eateries and convenient stores. recommended for one night stay but not recommended for female customers. Safety is a concern because could not lock from inside and the room can be accessed by other customers with their access card. I strongly suggest the hotel management to do a thorough security check on all doors, add a security door chain and a lock that can be locked manually from inside.

Well equipped budget hotel

A pretty simple and basic budget hotel. Well equipped with good internet, drinking water, towel, soap and attached bathroom.
They do provide breakfast as well. It is slight off the city centre. It will be convenient for parents of MMU students/ melaka manipal college/ people working nearby that area.

Christmas weekend trip

Had to book a hotel at the last minute, found this budget hotel. Rates were reasonable. Rooms found very basic but clean. All bathroom amenities were satisfactory, inly peeve was there was no elevator to reach our room on the third floor, which was difficult for my mother in law due to her bad knees. Breakfast was ok, local indian fare at next door restaurant.

Bearable for an overnight lodging

The only reason why we checked in here is because we wanted to stay somewhere near our brother at the Malacca Multimedia University in Bukit Beruang.
Located in the heart of Bukit Beruang which is about 20 minutes from Jonker Walk. Quite a distance from town but it's fine if you are on the way exiting Malacca via Ayer Keroh.
Conveniently located in a row of shops and next to their own mamak restaurant. Karaoke, 7-11, barber, convenience shops, arab food, pizza hut, stalls are all nearby.
Check in was fast. No elevator! I've been to a 3 storey budget hotel in Segamat that has an elevator.
Took the superior queen. Room was clean but basic. Not spacious. Standard tv channels. Mineral water provided. Kettle and coffee/tea provided. Toilet was clean but no toiletries/vanity kit other than refillable soap gel.
Breakfast vouchers of RM5 per person provided. You can cash it for a lovely mamak breakfast next to the hotel. The food at the mamak restaurant was OK.
Overall the hotel was adequate but can definitely be improved. We did not have an unpleasant experience. Good enough for those who are out the entire day and just needs a place to wash and sleep.
