Convenient location

I was travelling solo in Sabah and stayed here, the room looks clean and not old, this hotel easy access and near Gaya street, waterfront. I appreciated the front desk staff allow me to keep my luggage there after I checked out, good amenities in room.

Happy I stayed here.
Stayed here last year, too and liked the clean room, clean and comfortable bed, nice warm showers.
3 bottles of water everyday.
Can make tea or coffee in room with electric kettle.
Great on the budget.
Don’t expect amenities.
Lots of places to eat walking distance and Gaya street is few blocks away.

The reason i choose this hotel because of the PREMIER LOCATION ,which is near to mostly all the attraction and shopping mall without taking any transport.You can easily walking by foot to place you want to visit. Sevice provided by the staff really amazing..The room so clean and housekeeping staff make up my room daily..Staying in this hotel for 4 days and for sure will visit again whenever i come to Kota Kinabalu.

Back to my favourite hotel in Kota Kinabalu. The room is clean shower is great and warm reception!
