Located in Casablanca, 3 km from Hassan II Mosq, The Seven Hotel boasts a restaurant and free WiFi throughout the property. The rooms have a flat-screen TV. Every room comes with a private bathroom. You will find a 24-hour front desk at the property.

The Nightmare Stay
The receptionists named El Garchali, Mohcine and Oulmorif thennames just given by one of their colleagues due to no badge names, these receptionists are extremely rude, unprofessional all what they know is did you pay your room, did you pay your tourist tax if you asked any question or information., no smile or eye contact due to mislead by the management to make sure they got proper training. The room was terrible, tight and toilet, shower are just one step from the bed. The rooms are not as described online means photographs are very old, walls ar dirty, no soap provided, towels are very old and in poor conditions, luckily I always take my own towel on with me. Outside is very noisy due to city centre hotel location is in street, one private pub next to it, means drunk and troubles late night, the WiFi is terrible because it lost the connection every two or three minutes so you have to wait for signal. The breakfast buffet is just breakfast bread everywhere, no hygiene. The floors are very noisy, means I could hear people talking or louder TV not because of in-house customers but because the building is very old and not renovated.
The late evening of 25/10/2025 around 21:30 the receptionist was extremely rude, impolite, no eye contact and I asked him to change my room due to it's conditions, he answered me to pay tax instead of search for rooms availability, I told him the tax will be paid during the checkout day and time than straight away he answered me without even search in his computer WE DON'T HAVE ROOM AVAILABLE, I know very well he just wanted to kick me away but immediately I checked the available rooms bookings online booking.com, I found plenty of rooms available. Failed a receptionist, don't know how to serve customers nor how to handle customers inquiries so immediately I decided to leave this hotel for my safety because if something serious will happen, he won't be able to manage it because he doesn't know how to manage small tasks from customer.
However, it was bad experience I have received during my stay for first and the last but I am warning anyone to not even think about to book this hotel for so many reasons and if you face any problem, no manager or supervisor incharge just horrible receptionists that they don't know anything because are unprofessional, morning evening and night frontline staff at the front office which usually the image of the hotel, unfortunately, I may say this is not the Seven Hotel but it's ZERO hotel and DOUBLE ZEROS services and atmosphere

I was charged taxes with no receipt
Room has Roaches, no drinking water, you have to ask for toilet paper all the time, no microwave even in the dining area

Error selection of hotel from outside very poor description of hotel.
With the expectations we had for the hotel, which according to their own descriptions is 4 star, it was very disappointing, the toilet was terrible, with a glass door that could not be closed, where the water from the shower ran out on the room floor, there was a towel for sharing, no minibar with drinking water, no balcony as described, there was a view of the courtyard with laundry, and worn-out surroundings, therefore are pictures on their website, with curtains drawn for.
Room smelled, old dirty blanket on the bed as dyne, at night there were many pigeons at the window, that noisy all night.
After one night we switched to another hotel also with 4 stars there was a world difference on the 4 stars, when I told the reception which hotel we moved to and the big difference in the hotels, he said it is because the new selected hotel is more expensive, when I replied they are both 4 stars, he just laughed.

Overall good, but setting to 2 stars because of roaches in the room and the property. I won’t consider this property again due to this problem. However I must say staff is nice, helpful and friendly. I hope they can take the roaches problem seriously. This is marked as 4 stars hotel, but I would barely give it 3 stars in my opinion
