Establishment to avoid

My stay at the establishment was a nightmare; in my life I have never seen an establishment so neglected and dilapidated, bordering on abandoned; the photos I am going to attach prove my statements. Upon arriving there was no sign indicating the name of the establishment, one of the reception lounges was in a lamentable state with cracked walls and holes everywhere, the sofa fabric was very dirty and full of stains with cigarette butt holes, the fabric of the sofas in front of the pool was dirty with lots of stains and covered with a blanket to hide the misery, old-fashioned lounge chairs around the pool with towels on top with bleach stains, not to mention the state of the so-called garden which only has the name of a garden, very poorly maintained with no greenery, the lawn is dry and yellow, not to mention the plastic waste that is in the garden. I also noticed a lack of security since there was an electrical outlet that was detached from its place and which represents a risk of electrocution for a small child.
This establishment has a rating of 8.1 on Booking and 4.7/5 on Google; it certainly does not deserve it, and the photos on Booking and Google have nothing to do with reality.
The owner is certainly friendly but lacks professionals; I think he is very overwhelmed and does not attach importance to his establishment.
Moreover, even for check-in and payment, I only had to deal with the housekeeper.
These remarks were made with complete objectivity for the sake of improvement and perfection.
It is an establishment that I do not recommend at all.

RUN AWAY

Very bad experience.
This guesthouse does not match the advertised description at all.
The cleanliness left much to be desired, the maintenance of the premises was insufficient, and the reception was particularly disappointing; the comfort was far from expectations for the price paid.
We left the place immediately; the value for money is catastrophic, and on top of that, we had a battle with Booking for a refund that we never received.
