Fantastic
Riad located in an optimal spot to go anywhere, even on foot. Very kind staff and available at any time, they also helped us a lot regarding an experience booked with third-party sites. Everything excellent from the food to the service. I recommend it

Deceived. False location! Very far!
Subject: Claim for misleading advertising and incorrect location of the Riad Les Dunes hotel – Request for refund and compensation
Through this letter, we would like to file a formal complaint regarding our reservation at the Riad Les Dunes hotel made through eDreams.
We chose this accommodation specifically for its supposed proximity to the souk and Jemaa el-Fna Square, as both on the eDreams platform and in the information provided by the establishment, it was advertised that the hotel was located in the very center and only 850 meters from the souk and Jemaa el-Fna Square.
However, the reality has been completely different. The accommodation is located more than a kilometer and a half from that area, in a non-touristy and particularly unsafe area at night. This difference in location has severely affected our travel experience and, honestly, has ruined a large part of our stay.
Additionally, the accommodation does not match what was advertised in the photos and description published on the platform. We have clearly felt deceived regarding the actual conditions of the establishment and its location.
Due to this situation, we request:
* The refund of the proportional amount paid for the hotel.
* An additional compensation of 120 euros corresponding to the taxi and Uber expenses we have had to incur to travel daily to the tourist area where the Riad Les Dunes was supposedly located according to the advertisement.
We also want to note that we attempted to file a complaint directly at the Riad during our stay and were not allowed to present any complaint or receive assistance in this regard.

Very good service
We have had a fantastic stay at this riad. From the first moment they made us feel at home. All the staff were very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed.
We want to make a special mention of Elias, who made our stay even better. He was looking out for us at all times, not only inside the riad, but also when we were out, worrying that everything would go well, giving us recommendations, and always helping us with a smile. It is clear that he enjoys his work and that he really cares that guests have the best experience possible.
Thanks to people like him, this riad is not just a place to sleep, but a place you want to return to. Without a doubt, we recommend it 100%.

A dream of a riad.
We thoroughly enjoyed discovering Marrakech through the welcome we received at this riad. It is a haven of freshness and well-being, from the entrance, where you are welcomed in the patio with mint tea and small cookies, to the rooms, which are very clean and comfortable. The staff is very attentive and goes out of their way to satisfy you, much like their manager Ghizlane, who took the time to explain and comment on the map of Marrakech, sharing her wise advice and leaving us her phone number and that of her employee.
The rooftop is very nicely decorated, bright and soothing, and you eat deliciously well there; from dinner to breakfast, everything is exquisite.
In short, apart from the slightly out-of-the-way location, everything was perfect.

Fantastic
We were at this riad a few days ago, we found exceptional people, a thank you goes to Taoufic who made himself immediately available and helped us a lot, then we also thank Ilyas for his sweetness that made this vacation unforgettable for my son, the cleanliness of the riad is fantastic, it is located in the medina and 15 minutes on foot from the central square, but, after overcoming the stress and the reality of the area you fall in love with it, I recommend this riad to everyone and if I were to return to Marrakech I would not hesitate to book here.
