Had an amazing stay with friends chilled and refresh minded lovely people great food good location close to sea and markets and walking streets by banan village and taghazout village

Appalling - one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
To start, this is the original review I wrote on booking.com stating my experience:
“Nobody was there to check me in even though my check in time was confirmed on booking.com by the property. This resulted in me standing around for nearly an hour, messaging and trying to call the accommodation number that was on booking.com, but of course… the number wasn’t valid. By this point I’d waited for so long and it was getting dark. As a solo female that’s never travelled to the area before, this felt so unsafe and I was not going to risk waiting around any longer so had to quickly book into a nearby hotel for the night. Really disappointed. A warning to others.”
In response to my review, the property have lied, stating I was only there for 10 minutes before I left. I’m completely disgusted that firstly they are lying, but secondly they are not taking any accountability for what happened. Attached with this review will be evidence of my times of checking in, time I had to book & get a taxi to the new hotel because it was getting dark and there was still nobody there to check me in, and evidence of me calling the number of the property that is provided on booking.com AND on their business cards in the reception, but all the calls wouldn’t go through even though I had service!
I have since messaged the property asking them why they are lying in there review.. there response is that they tried to contact me on WhatsApp but I didn’t respond…. To make this clear, I first contacted them on booking.com when I arrived at the property at 17:43…. The earliest WhatsApp message that they sent to me was OVER 3 HOURS LATER AT 21:00pm!!!!! The property also responded with asking what I’m trying to get out of this…. I’m astounded at the fact that they can’t see where they as a business went wrong. I, a solo female traveller, was stood waiting for almost AN HOUR, looking around for somebody to check me in, even though the property had confirmed by checking in time on booking.com the day before, and the sun was setting and it was getting dark. I felt so unsafe so had to get myself out. How on earth could anyone not understand how wrong that is? Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had whilst travelling and I’d urge you do take this into consideration before booking this place. I wouldn’t want anybody else to go through this as it was so stressful.

Wonderful 7-Day Stay – Perfect for Couples!
My wife and I had an amazing 7-night stay at this lovely hostel bed and breakfast. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The room was absolutely beautiful – bright, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The breakfast each morning was a real highlight – fresh, delicious, and with enough variety to keep things interesting throughout the week.
The WiFi was strong and reliable, which was perfect since we both needed to stay connected during our trip. Whether we were relaxing in our room or in the common areas, the connection never dropped.
This place has a warm, friendly atmosphere, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. Highly recommended for couples looking for a cozy, peaceful getaway with great amenities!

Amazing 7 night stay
Had an amazing 7 night stay her at this beautiful place, the location is unbeatbale just a short walk to the beach. the hostel was clean, the breakfast was fresh the place is cozy and had a great vibe. perfect for relaxing and meeting new people
