Excellent option if you go on foot.

A beautiful concept of Mediterranean style hotel, a few steps from the public pier and the ecological pier of 36th Street, cost of the ecological pier $20 mxn, excellent attention from the team reception, cleaning, restaurant.
An extra plus the bar/coffee guy thanks for the sandwiches for the Mayan train ride from bacalar to palenque saved me.
Comfortable beds, pillows very well, there is hot water, a balcony with hammock has refrigerator, you can prepare coffee that is freshly ground there in the restaurant.

A real jewel...!!

Beautiful establishment, ideally located a few steps from the lagoon, in a quiet cartier, which is not negligible...! We had the "Master Suite Lagoon", room n°9, enjoying the best location of the establishment...!
This suite has a private terrace, mini pool, and from there you have the lagoon in focus...!
Very spacious suite, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast...!
We are planning a fourth trip to Mexico for 2028 and if, we have a few days free, it is certain that we will return to this establishment...!!

Super awesome stay and location was great overlooking the lagoon, ecopark walkway over the lagoon and the free public dock. Afew convenient stores, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is awesome and love there are only 10 rooms. So it was very quiet and chill however currently the pictures of outdoor furniture shown are NOW sun dried, discolored and stained cushions. By no means is that a bad thing ( who doesn’t love some patina ) however those pictures are from their grand opening some years back! WILL WE STAY AGAIN? Absolutely YES! and currently planning a second visit next year! Just a honest review!

Great location, close to restaurants and with a good view of the lagoon.
Has a nice pool to cool off as well.

Wl-Fi was great. Didn't use the pool because the warm lagoon was only 2 blocks away. Staff was excellent, espeically Vanessa. She gave me so many tips, especially when the best day to cruise the lagoon.
Housekeeping sometimes need a reminder to clean my room. I wish there was s closet to hang clothes and other drawers to store things.
