Dirty and informal.

As soon as I arrived in Mexico City after a long trip from Madrid, I found a message from the administrators, that due to problems with the reservations we would have to stay one night in that accommodation and the next day change to a different one. Then we found a dirty place, there was a pee in the room's toilet, there was no toilet paper, the sheets were used as well as the pillowcases, the chaise lounge was full of stains and the smell of alcohol, the refrigerator was full of food. rotten inside. We didn't even sleep there. I contacted the administrator to tell him that we were leaving and that I wanted the reservation to be canceled without charge. He offered me a change of room in compensation but I told him no and he, being very sorry, was not going to give me the money back.

Be very careful with this accommodation, they are informal and use bad practices

They try to charge you twice. My wife and daughter booked in December through Booking. The payment was made in advance and when they arrived at this accommodation they found that it did not have the minimum hygiene conditions for sleeping (there was a lack of toilet paper, there was moldy food in the refrigerator, etc.). After a long trip from Madrid, they decided to go have some tacos for dinner, notifying the manager or whatever through the Booking application, that there were endless anomalies (it was very dirty). Coming back from dinner when lifting the sheets to go to sleep, surprise, there was hair, and they were dirty.
They always notify the manager through the Booking application that they are leaving the place. It was not in condition to be used, and the surprise when they told my wife that they did not plan to return the money.
Booking ignores it and arriving in Spain as a last resort, claims a visa. After two months or so, today we see another charge on the credit card for the same amount. We called Booking to see what is happening, and for the moment another claim to our bank.
Today we receive a message of life that the December charge returns to us, and that these elements of Casa Luna Coyoacán make; They charged the bill again knowing that Visa had agreed with us.
Advice, never pay in advance, because situations like this can be found. Thank God Visa will return the second charge to us,
