Could have been better for the price. They placed me in the wrong room and when I realized they said they couldn’t place me in the room I originally had booked until the next day. It was pretty upsetting the fact that they didn’t even bother to offer some refund or something. The staff at the front is not the nicest, especially the men.

Over all excellent. Gave 3 stars due to being sick for 3 days after our stay. I can only narrow it down to the water in the room refrigerator. We drank the 2 bottles of sealed water and used water from a glass bottle with a cap that I assume is refilled with purified water. My guess is someone maybe got lazy and filled it with tap water. We only ate and drank at the hotel on that day. Following day we were sick with diarrhea, stomach cramps for the next couple of days. Not a pleasant experience

At time of booking hotel states "fully refundable" however tried cancelling weeks out prior to check in due to event (concert) being postponed for a different month, and hotel would not honor their cancellation/refund nor changes.

Very nice facilities, quite and relaxing, loved the restaurant and pool. Will certainly come back!

This place is nice very beautiful and peaceful, the only thing is the restaurant a little pricey i order two pastas two deserts and two drinks it was 95 dollars not even alcohol regular drinks, is just a little pricey and needs moire variety of foods besides that the rooms arenice.
