Relaxed stay

It was a Nice stay, short burt confortable. A few details but shared with the management to follow up. Pretty nice location. Overall, pleasant stay!

Clean room, good food, and awesome terrace and pool. Only “issue” we had was getting enough towels for everyone in the room but it was totally fine, we just kept asking and they gave us some! Would definitely stay here again

Excellent Hotel

I had a 12 day stay, perfect attentions and services.
Mrs. Martina super concerned with the room organization and that we will not lack anything!
The Mistress Monica of the restaurant and the chef Adrian treated us to luxury! With room service they are super concerned, attentive and all very careful in food delivery.

All very friendly, excellent service

Excellent service, Joshua in reception of the most attentive, Carlos de Mantto supported me in a nimble way with a problem in the TV and Miss Brenda contacted me with a spa service. Javier and Diego always attentive to the delivery of the requested food in my room and do not say Eduardo in charge of the van that countless times supported me in the transfers to different even parts to understand the issues that brought me to the CD of Monterrey, many congratulations for the great team that have managed to form. I will definitely return
