Location location location!

Wonderful hotel that is within walking distance of everything. Small Cafe and restaurant La Popular right next door, as well as upscale restaurant across the street. Right near the Zocalo. Couldn't ask for a better location! The owner and staff are also absolutely incredible. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and it is our favorite place we have stayed in Centro, Oaxaca. We watched many parades from the rooftop. We can also do yoga and relax up there, very large space. The room was comfortable and very clean. GRACIAS!!

Fabulous family owned historical boutique hotel - location, location, location

Absolute best location in Oaxaca. Steps away from all the top restaurants, art galleries, mezcalerias, and sites. Outstanding warm, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The owner, Rosario, is typically there during the day to assist with any traveler needs. Room was clean and modern. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is new, sleek, and had walk in shower. Very tall ceilings with high windows so room has lots of natural light. Coffee maker in room came in handy. A/C worked great. Nice inner courtyard with secure front entrance. Courtyard has huge retractable sun roof to keep temp comfortable. Rooftop patio with view of Santo Domingo Guzman church and Auditorio Guelaguetza.

Exquisite hotel and customer service!

I spent 4 nights at this hotel and wish it had been longer. The crystal pyramid in the central lobby is the perfect symbol of this jewel of a hotel. The customer service was the best I've ever had in any country. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and fun. The decor combines the best of authentic Mexico and modern amenities. My room was large and well designed, the bed was very comfortable and there was a great walk-in shower. Housekeeping was provided daily and everything was spotlessly clean! The Owner and I used Google Translate to communicate and she was very patient and a lot of fun. The location in Centro was perfect; within walking distance of the Cathedral. Lots of great restaurants around too!
