Excellent location and great service, but it needs renovation.

The best part of the hotel, without a doubt, is its excellent location and the attention from the staff. The service is very good, and I want to highlight the work of the manager, Laura, who is very attentive, and Alondra.
However, it is evident that the place is already quite old. The owners should invest in remodeling and maintenance, as the hotel has a lot of potential, but the facilities are falling behind. If they updated the place, the experience would be perfect thanks to the great team and the location they have.

You get what you pay for, I guess. A stark white 8' x10' room, one light. I stayed one night late in November. There's no heating anywhere, the bed had two sheets to sleep under, no blankets. I had to sleep fully clothed to stay warm.
