Amazing staff they made you feel extremely welcomed. Highly recommended will most definitely be returning! Olivia, Martha, Ale, Rocio and Paubla were all amazing made our stay memorable. Big thank you to Edgar and Edith made our stay very welcoming!!!

Just one hour from Guadalajara the best place to relax and share with your family moments and magical landscapes. Take a bike ride or go by the lake. How about a walk or a picnic

Horrible! Brides Beware!
Brides Beware – Beautiful Venue, Terrible Management
I was so excited to get married at Hacienda Labor de Rivera because the location is absolutely beautiful—but that’s about where the positives end. The experience working with their “wedding planner” and assistant was truly awful and made what should have been the best weekend of my life incredibly stressful.
The original planner quit after the owner reportedly refused to pay staff due to low sales, and things went downhill fast from there. They overpromised and underdelivered, failing to provide half of what was included in our agreement. Even after I paid to extend the entire Hacienda for my guests, they continued to nickel-and-dime us for every small thing and are now refusing to return our deposit over petty expenses.
I was so disappointed and heartbroken. I even had to hire an external planner just to keep things on track—and they made her job miserable too. Brides, please do your research before booking. The setting is stunning, but the service, organization, and professionalism were beyond unacceptable.

A real disappointment and unsafe experience.
Terrible experience at a hotel that boasts what it doesn't offer.
I booked a Deluxe room at Hacienda Labor de Rivera to celebrate my birthday. From the moment we arrived everything seemed fine, until we were informed that there would be a musical recording that would end at 10 pm. The worrying part started when the people recording stayed up all night, drunk, leaving trash, screaming, playing loud music, vomiting, and, worst of all, they tried to break into our room. Only the button lock prevented them from entering.
The receptionist, the manager, and the owners were aware of this and offered no apologies or solutions. The restaurant is equally poor, with slow service and food that takes more than 30 minutes to arrive.
This hotel is unsafe, lacks oversight, and lacks respect for its guests. I don't recommend it to anyone.
